Tangerpay Mobile Pay

No app. Just scan and pay.

Tangerpay Mobile Pay works entirely in the customer's mobile browser. There is no app to download. Customers scan a QR code or tap NFC at the machine, pay, and start their machine from their own phone.

Wash-dry-fold and self-service in one workflow.

CleanCloud manages the wash-dry-fold order side of a laundromat. Tangerpay integrates with CleanCloud so machine activation can become part of that workflow, particularly useful for stores running both self-service and full-service laundry.

Supporting infrastructure

Kiosks and Mobile Pay are what your customers see. These are the supporting components that make the configuration work. Claro can supply what your store needs.

    NFC Tags

    The customer-facing tag at each machine. One tag carries both the QR code customers scan and the NFC target they can tap.

    Tangerpay Pip

    The smart device that connects a machine to Tangerpay. Most machines require a Pip, with pulse- and serial-connected variants available depending on the equipment. Machines with compatible Alliance Laundry Systems Insights or Command connectivity may not require one.

Installation

Two ways to get Tangerpay running

Installation requirements depend on the Tangerpay configuration you choose and on your store: including your machines and how they are wired.

Self installation

Some configurations can be installed by the operator. Whether self installation is appropriate depends on the equipment involved and the hardware required. It is not available for every configuration.

Setup material will be published in Claro's resource library once supplied.

Professional installation by Claro

Claro can plan and carry out the installation. This is a planned project rather than an add-on: we confirm your store, machines, configuration, required hardware, compatibility and service considerations before anything is ordered.
